Mark Butler - Stipple Artist
Mark Butler is an artist and recent retiree from a career as a Senior Enterprise Architect. He is inspired by social and environmental causes. When he was working full-time, his art was primarily stipple portraits commissioned by friends and relatives.
Mark plans to continue to produce commissioned portraits since the results are enjoyable for both the artist and his customers. Given that retirement provides more time for pursuits “from the heart”, he plans to focus on his core beliefs. He values the dignity of all people and feels that current and future generations should at least be able to live a life without misery. Therefore, he will look to channel his energy towards causes that either:

mitigate the risks of climate change.
